First off thanks for all the info in this site!! It has alot to do with the way this cook turned out!!
5 Butts for 11.5 hr cook turned out very good....

I am pre-cooking for my brothers wedding!! I rested the meat foiled them and vacume sealed. Next weekend I will do the briskets.
