If you don't have a cub, use a cup. They are pretty close.

I've had a broccoli salad somewhat like this only it had grapes instead of raisins. I like the grapes because they pop when you bite them and they are very juicy. So I guess it's a texture thing to me. Anyhow, I love the broccoli salad. Great Stuff, and good for ya!

That broccoli salad would go good with a nice steak and mashed cauliflower.
Gotta give that a try, nice low carb dinner!!!

Not usually a big broccoli fan, BUT that looks pretty good. Will have to try it. Thanks for posting, never would have gone looking for that.

When I first saw the pic of the salad I was wondering if it had raisins in it? My OL subs craisins or grapes sometimes. I love that!

But only use a BLUE cup... everyone knows they're more accurate!

I hate miracle whip. I substitute 1/2 mayo and half sour cream in place of it.

That broccoli salad is great. We have been eating a similar recipe like that for 20 years or so. Its one of my favorite ways to eat broccoli without cheese of course.

I think I will try this recipe, only instead of broccoli I'll use cauliflower and instead of Miracle whip I'll use mayo and instead of raisins I'll use currents, instead of bacon I'll use ham and take out the sugar.

I'll try it, I hope it is as good as Larry says.

I forgot to mention that I used the Spicewine All Purpose seasoning in the flour for the pork chops. Good Chit! I was gnawing on the bone to get every bit!
