The Rub Co. Competition Style Pork Chops!!!
Grilled up some pork chops on my Santa Maria grill a couple nights ago. Chops were rubbed with The Rub Co. Competition Style Rub and turned out EXCELLENT! Enjoy the pron!

Very very nice! One of the best cuts of meat by far. Beef or Pork the porterhouse/t-bone is beautiful!!
Did you do the cook in the traditional red oak only? I see the answer to my question. Looks like some k-ford in the bottom with a chunk of wood. Last edited by tamadrummer; 08-18-2011 at 01:30 PM.. Reason: Answered my own question |
