Good vid, now I get how to do the bacon weave. It make so much sense to weave it first... then wrap the fatty. Duh.
It not easy to weave on the fatty itself. Don't mind me... I'm an idiot.

What I do is weave the bacon first on some wax paper, then on another piece of wax paper spread the sausage and roll separate. When I have the sausage rolled then I place it on the bacon weave then wrap the sausage to complete.
