Default Grn Bean Mater Pie, Spatch Chicken, Pig Candy, Spam PRON

I’ve been seeing a few new variations on the Mater Pie and one of em I remember used a mixture of spinach, cheese, mayo, artichoke hearts, bacon, layered between slices of maters. I thought home grown green beans might be good and used them instead of the spinach and I recken I was right cause my favorite food critic gave it a big thumbs up. I made a batch of Pig Candy to use in the pie (2nd batch, I burnt the you know what out of the first batch Sat) and fixed us a chicken to go with the pie and some Spam for our lunch this week. Hmmmmmm!

A Few More Pics
