Default Grilled Pizza

My roommate and his girlfriend decided to make some grilled pizza tonight, and I decided to help out...with the eating part at least!

His girlfriend made the dough from scratch and it turned out awesome! We started out with some direction making things like pepperoni pizza, then BBQ chicken pizza, then a margherita pizza, but then we just started piling on the toppings. There was plenty to fill us and have enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Enjoy!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Margherita Pizza

One I came up with - Peppers, Onions, and Prosciutto

A little bit of everything...

Cheese, Tomatoes, and Onions...

My roommate and his girlfriend contemplating one more slice each...

They all look pretty tasty. It's always nice to see grilled pizzas with original toppings...

Sweet!

I've always wanted to try grilled pizza, but haven't yet. I grilled some Navajo "Fry Bread" a while back, but wasn't crazy about it.

What recipe did you use for the dough?

Nice lookin' pie for sure though!!
