Default Start of Lent

So, does anyone have any favorite non-meat BBQ recipes?

There are tons of grilling recipes without meat, how about smoking?

I'm sure there will be plenty of people who are tired of pasta and pizza after a few weeks of Lent.

There's always tofu to fall back on but I'd stick with the pizza and pasta.
