The first is Tamale Casserole.... Ash you can see it got the seal of approval at some point. I really like the comments and suggestions the put in these books.



The second is Yam Ham Patties..

Awesome, thanks for sharing -- wife and I do a similar tamale casserole with just beans (no meat). Although now that I'm staring at a large hunk of leftover brisket, we may mix it up a bit!
