Breakfast for Dinner

I had leftovers to use for dinner tonight and decided to do a breakfast dish instead. Some pan fried Goody Girl potatoes and a BBQ brisket, bacon, onion, garlic, and cheese omelet was what I ended up with.

Oh yeah! That is one fine looking dinner! Great pic and great looking food. I could definetly make a serious meal ought that!
 
Breakfast...it's just not for breakfast anymore. I'd eat that any time of the day (or night).
 
Aaaannnnnddddddddd...... I'm hungry again. :cool:

Instead of a Cook's Choice, Wings, or Sausage, a contest should have a breakfast category. You could go a lot of different directions with that. Hot, cold, sweet, spicy,... it would be fun.

Now I am drooling all over the keyboard and very very hungry with no means of cooking since I am at work!

Man i have been eating vending machine food all night and had to look. Great job.

That looks great and I haven't had breakfast this morning. Now I'm really hungry!
 
i just finished my oatmeal and then saw this. i thought " i coulda had a" kinda thing. man that comes close to being porn rather than pron.
 
Heck... my stomach doesn't tell time...it only knows when its empty (now) and when its too full.
 
Makes me want to throw out the beef ribs I got.......Breakfast!
