To make a long story short, we're having Hawaiian style chicken kabobs for dinner tonight. This is a case of good food and bad pics.

Looks good to me. Question I have is why do you skewer the meat separate from the non-meat.

Just asking, cause I have always put the meat on the same skewer as fruit and veggies. I thought that is the way it is done. I see EatonHogg did not, so I am wondering if I do not know something I might want to know.

It all Looks great, but I was thinking the same thing, I always mix it up myself to mix the flavors together, Maybe that's the way they do it In, MI. No matter, It all looks nice and tasty.

Like BigAl sez, "due to the cooking time differences". I like the chicken to be done and not have the other parts burnt.
Also, for us it's easier to take what you like. You want more pineapple and less onions, you just grab that skewer.

Not to hijack but check out these grills that have been popping up on Craigslist. Man this should ignite the pro galvanized folks.
