Original Grilled Buffalo Wings

Wife does not do heat. I will try this in a few days w/o the hot sauce. Thanks again Larry.
 
Since I don't have a deep fryer, I've always done mine on the grill.
Doing them in the oven just doesn't seem right!

No matter what I try to do.....when I make wings in the oven they are horrible...might as well order from the pizzeria!! LOL
 
I've been grilling my Buffalo wings for years. I much prefer them over fried Buffalo wings.

Now, if I could just get some shapely gals in skimpy outfits to serve them to me, they'd be perfect. :becky:

I've been doing about the same thing for several years, but in the past couple, I've started to add a very basic wings dry rub (onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, a little cayenne, and some paprika) to the bird before I put them on the grill. This thickens the sauce and captures a bit more of the smokey grilled flavor.

I used your recipe last night and cut the Frank's in half. They were perfect defiantly a keeper.
