First the details: DIVA Q PITMASTER CLASS FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 2013 GREENCASTLE, PA 17225 COST: $300.00 FULL-DISCLOSURE HOSTED BY: MASON-DIXON BBQ SERVICES We are limiting the class to 30 (Have three already before we announced! Only 27 spots left!) and she is spilling her guts. Techniques, rubs, sauces, trimming, competition timeline, when to go to the bathroom, when to have beer vs. hard liquor....EVERYTHING!
