nope. sliced with the wusthof

yep, he uses regular moz, buffalo moz and gran padano, then cuts basil and oregano right on the finished pizza. i'll have to check the fancy market for that cheese
i added the basil right at the end and let it melt in a little, then pulled the pizza. this mozzerralla is not very salty, which is good for my bp :biggrin:
