Hello all,
Although I've been Barbecueing for a long time, finally decided last year to start thinking about doing competitions. So I went and became a certified KCBS judge last February, and judged 6 contests this past summer.
Wife and I have decided we'll try and compete this year, at least a few times, but she is going to get her judge cert. this year, and I'll be doing table capt. cert.
Just wanted to say hello, and thanks to all for the great information on this site!:-D
