Screwed up the pizza...
...but made a respectable recovery with pork chops. Stopped by my favorite pizzeria after work today and picked up a couple of dough balls. Left them out on the counter to rise, ran a few errands, came back lit a fire and went in the house to work out the dough. Some how I had had a brain fart of major proportions and forgot to cover the dough so it had a crispy skin that made it unworkable. Into the trash then off to Publix where I picked up a couple of center cut pork chops and zukes. I had an eggplant in the fridge. Onto the grill then onto the plate. All in all a good night of grilling!

Grilled eggplant is my favorite. A great vehicle for good olive oil. Curiously eggplant has virtually no nutritive value. Figures.
