I've not done it, but I'd sure bet you could get 8 on there, 4 to a rack.
I believe someone posted not too long ago that they did just that.

I have done 2 butts, 4 racks of ribs, and a brisket on 1 rack (I only have 1 rack) so I know it could handle 4 butts on 1 rack.
Not sure if it could handle 4 more butts on the upper rack or not, but I'd feel very confident with 4 butts at once.

Good reading and some real good advice before you throw that much meat on your cooker.

I personally do not like putting more than four (2 on each rack) on at a time, it is easier to hold temps. Plus there is a lot of fat that drips onto the coals and I think sometimes to much gives it an off taste/color.
Since you are asking I would say you could probably squeeze four on each rack, eight total.....better start your temps pretty high

Yeah, that seems like a lot. I know you could put the ribs on some rib racks, but STILL...... I'd think 2 butts and a brisket would be a tight squeeze.

I say......NO PICS, DIDN'T HAPPEN!
