New York Strip Steak sandwich w/ pron
Was on vacation last week with no grill Came home and had to grill something. Made this sandwich Sunday evening. Man it was good.
Strip steak salt pepper and EVO. Started an all wood fire with a mixture of Hickory, Apple, Cherry, and Pear. Steak on grill with a ear of corn after coals burned down. Toasted some French bread Let the steak rest then sliced Piled the whole steak on this sandwich!

Yeah, that's how I like it, nice and simple. Sometimes I can wander off into all this "rocket science barbecue," but time and again it only serves to remind me that the simple and easy stuff is the most flavorful. Beautiful!
