Default Pork loin in Kosmos Pork Soak, now I can't eat tonight... what to do?

I put a 2lb pork loin in Kosmos Pork Soak today, but something has come up and I won't be able to cook it tonight. It's only been in for 4-5 hours. Should I pull it out now, rinse it off with running water and put it in a bag until tomorrow night or should I just leave it in overnight and tomorrow?
