I guess it's about time I stopped in and introduced myself. I've been lurking around this place for 2 or 3 months and already feel like I belong here. I've been cooking for a few years. Been using an offset Oklahoma Joe's for the past 4 or 5. I signed up for MooCow's build-a-uds class and I'm really looking forward to that. I am not interested in competitive cooking but have given some thought to taking the judges class and getting involved that way. I am amazed at the food you all are putting out and look forward to trying it for myself.
