Default It was a Teriyaki weekend

Last weekend Jackie and I wanted Teriyaki so I did Teriyaki Planked Salmon on Saturday http://www.greeneggers.com/index.php...316491&catid=1
and Teriyaki BB Ribs on Sunday

Marinaded with Soy Vay Veri Very Teriyaki Marinade

Marinaded overnight

On the grill @ 300*

After 2-hrs.

Pulled @ 3 hrs.

Served with Pommes Chef Anne Potatoes And Jackies Saut'ed Kale
This topped the weekend of some fine BBQ

I used to use the marinade all the time for chicken and other things. Never tried on ribs. That looks great. I know it has sugar in it. It looks like your foil pan prevented burnage.

Well what did ya think of the teriyaki?

It looks great to me. I might have to give that a shot, my wife loves teriyaki and they sell that marinade here at BJ's.
