It was a Teriyaki weekend
Last weekend Jackie and I wanted Teriyaki so I did Teriyaki Planked Salmon on Saturday http://www.greeneggers.com/index.php...316491&catid=1
and Teriyaki BB Ribs on Sunday Marinaded with Soy Vay Veri Very Teriyaki Marinade Marinaded overnight On the grill @ 300* After 2-hrs. Pulled @ 3 hrs. I used to use the marinade all the time for chicken and other things. Never tried on ribs. That looks great. I know it has sugar in it. It looks like your foil pan prevented burnage.

Well what did ya think of the teriyaki?
It looks great to me. I might have to give that a shot, my wife loves teriyaki and they sell that marinade here at BJ's.
