Default Char Siu and Kalbi smoked wings...

I Had a hankering for wings! But, wanted to do it a little different. Here it is...
STICKY GOODNESS! I had some leftover ribs, yeah a weird combo, but it was good! Enjoy!

those look awesome. the pink chicken threw me for a loop at first and then i figured out that that must be what the "chicken on a stick" at the chinese buffet must be?

what is it? i'd like to try that.

I never thought of doing char siu chicken either. Dang Hawaiians mix up everything

Yeah, thats pretty much spot on! Whatever taste good! If you try it Bob, grilling it would be better, maybe some boneless thighs, get that "char" going.
