Chicken is the meat I struggle with the most. SM fans, appreciate your recommendations here as well.
 
:caked:Emmeril has an excellent chicken rub, I use it on most of the poultry I do and on my bacon when wrapping for abts and anything else I make wrapped in bacon

I put Montreal steak seasoning in a coffee grinder and use that. It completely changes the flavor of the seasoning. If you read this I will have no choice but to make sure you take a dirt nap. :fencing:
 
I like Weber Kickin Chicken as well, i do like Yardbird but the Weber is easier to get everywhere,so I usually always have some handy
