Last Night's Ribeye Pron
Used Oakridge Santa Maria on it. Tried some new Cowboy lump in the BLUE Performer. Tons of sparks.
reverse sear: Crummy camera phone closeup picture: It was extremely good. CostCo Choice Ribeye.
