Default Looking for whole hog caterer for Marylnd

My brother in law reached out to me about catering a whole hog for his employer and I am already booked plus can't travel that far. I told him I'd see if anyone on here was in that area who can cook a hog for them in Laytonville, Maryland March 30th for about 75 people. Let me know and I'll put you in contact with them.

:UPDATE: I've now been told they have a budget of about $900 for someone to cater a hog. In my world that is an unrealistic budget however if someone in the area thinks this as do-able let me know.

What about a diy option. La Caja China comes to mind.

I have to agree with HBMTN, $900 is not enough margin for 75 people. For 75 people I'd be looking at a 100# hog, which goes for around $2.50/lb. Add in costs of fuel for the cooker, rub, sauces, travel, etc and it doesn't doesn't leave enough meat on the bone for me.

A La Caja China would be the way to go.
