Good Q in Grand Junction?

I am spending the weekend in Grand Junction, CO. Any inside info on some really good old fashion, pit cooked BBQ? Of course I did bring along some "next year's winner" Q, but I would like to try someone else's, too.

VJ's

There is a place in Parachute, CO. It is about 35-40 minutes east of GJ on I-70. It is called VJ's the owner is former Denver Broncos receiver Vance Johnson. They have decent BBQ as for GJ I haven't been there to eat oftens o I can't help you there. Hope that helps.
