It's true. Just a simple S&P Flat Iron on the weber.

It was an SRF Flat Iron that had great marbling. Cooked 1/2 Med rare and the big end Rare.

Simple seasoning with KBB and maple chunks.

One of the best Flat Irons I have had!

Those are really good. Good job.

Cooked one for my son for steak and eggs one time.

His request?? “Eggs runny steak bloody”

I was proud.

I like the removable center and the charcoal basket. Work like a vortex at times.
