Whole Hog Pics and CBBQA awards 2011
Thanks to Rick for all of these great pics,and thanks to Brazen BBQ for bringing the 165# hog..we brought the injection and rub and cooked it on our smoker,it was our first one and it came out great!..20 hours 250-275
