So, I think I hit about 56lbs:
12 pound turkeys (2): 24 pounds
1 pound fatties (3): 3 pounds
1 pound of bacon (wrapped the fatties): 1 pound
@7 pound pork butts (4): 28 pounds

Every once in a while I'll cook 3 cases of whole shoulders (9 shoulders averaging 20# each), 4 9# butts, and a full case of baby backs, all on one smoker.

Last time it was almost exactly 250#.

I didnt cook any on Thursday....but on Wednesday, I did a Spatchcocked turkey, 70ish Moinks, and 21 brats

On Wednesday night I just did 4 shoulders and 4 baby backs, so just shy of 90#. Didnt do turkey, and the ham was purchased at Honey Baked.
