Default Hog Apple Beans

Could a guy make the Beans on Wednesday, put them in a full sheet pan in the fridge and have them cooked on Sunday? Or would that be pushing it.

Don.t know about the bacon, onion might not be that good. Cook them and then reheat.

The only cooked thing in the beans would be the Pulled Pork. I Leave the onions, peppers, and everything raw as I cook it in the smoker for 5-6 hrs. Also I dont use bacon. 1 lb of pork per recipie is enough.
