Default Can't Screw up Xmas Rib Roast.......

So round 2 on the standing rib roast. The practice one last week I uhhhhh "stopped paying attention" and it got over done......because of "reasons not within my control"
https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/s...d.php?t=302262

No way that's gonna happen again......but Old Tub is saying otherwise.

Luckily got a backup ham from Costco. Merry Xmas everyone.

Pretty funny. My family would never let me hear the end of that one: “remember the year dad drank the bottle of whiskey and cooked the prime rib to death”.
