Wagyu-American Kobe Frito Pie. Well, wife had Fritos I had skins. Been on a nightshade elimination kick last couple weeks. Adding back a few BALi things I’ve avoided. 1# bargain bin Ground beef, onion,garlic,8oz tomato sauce, two tablespoons Mexene Chili Powder, half can rinsed pintos, 1 cup H2O. Simmered 30-45 minutes. Topped mine with a Tillamook snuggled with skins. Wife had real deal Fritos

That’s a good looking bowl of chili Fritos. I don’t know many people who call it frito pie. Those guys come from the other side of the river

Nothing says cool most weather food like chili. Turn it into frito chili pie (or pig skin chili pie I guess) and it gets even better. And adding the beans - well played.
