Looks great! You might want to raise the charcoal grate another inch or so that you have more room for airflow. Now just fire her up!

I agree with Noah you need more air flow.I don't know if anyone else does this, but i only bend the end of the deflector by the door and let the back fit right up tight to the smoke chamber.

I third the comment on raising the fire grate especially if you will be using charcoal. I made mine out of expanded metal and flat steel and have it sitting on the bottom shelf bracket.

I need to make another baffle, I made mine out of aluminum flashing and it is sagging from use. Mine really looks bad compared to yours.:-D
