Testing burn times on the new Backyard Bomber BBQ MJH and its time to foil. Doing a couple butts and testing the new Sweet Gold durring the wrap and hold.

At the 9 hr mark.

Im sorry, not much action. I did a horseshoe burn with a 13.8 lb bag of Kingsford and it rolled at 240 for 15 1/2 hrs. It performed pretty well at 25 degrees with a 10-20 mph wind.

Since when are pulled pork tacos redneck? I don't think it gets much better than warm corn tortillas, pulled pork, some fresh pico and a little pineapple. One of the best things in life.

I didnt name em that sorry. Google it. Theres a place in Tennesee that did. I believe its Martins BBQ in Nashville.
