Saturday night wings with lots of pron!

Saturday night my wife wanted some hot wings so we bought some from the store and I threw them on the weber kettle.

I normally like them to smoke for a little while indirect until I like the way they look. While we waited we drank a pink lemonade/vodka/beer concoction my wife always makes. It was tasty! Definitely does the job!

When they got the right color I normally put them over direct to get them nice and charred.


This is the wing sauce I used. It's franks buffalo wing sauce. We normally use the hot buffalo. But this will do. It wasn't nearly as hot as we would have like it. Oh and for the rub we used webers kicken chicken which is fantastic!

And here it is plated with fresh cut potatoes for fries! Mighty tasty!

1 frozen can of pink lemonade juice
2 beers
Half of the can of vodka
Lots of ice

Really simple and cheap. My wife likes the ice to melt to water down the lemonade. She normally adds everything together in a pitcher and puts in the fridge for and hour or let's it set. Either way its good whether you wait and drink it, or drink it immediately.
