Today I am practicing on my WSM for the first and maybe last time before the first comp. If I figure it out I may use it there. Cooked some sausage and cream cheese on day in it just to try it out. Today, 2 5# butts, 2 sides of ribs. Was going to do a brisket, but my billfold ran out and I needed the charcoal worse. We'll see what happens. 23 degrees and 6 inches of snow this morning:p:p:-D:!:. Pictures will follow when my wife gets them developed. I left my digital at work yesterday.:sad:
 
I stoped cooking for comps and started cooking for myself again for fun and i think my chit got better less stress this year more fun
