Oldjinks’s Porky Heaven

2 pieces of fresh porkbelly
1 can of French Fried Onions
1 package of Eckrich Smoked sausages
1 piece of pork loin (butterflied) or some thick sliced cooked ham..
1 small can of Sauerkraut
1 bunch of green onions
1 - 7 Oz. can of La Costeña Red pickled sliced jalapeño
(Long-sliced jalapeño chile peppers pickled in vinegar with onions and carrot slices)
Dijon mustard
Pepper
Morton Tender Quick
Brown Sugar
Paprika powder
Garlic powder
Taco Seasoning
Sushi Rice vinegar
