Fired up the BGE for some baked taters and fillet mignon with roquefort blue cheese...inside my wife fired up the oven for some coconut shrimp with bubbles for an appetizer...:p

I have never tried Blue Cheese on a fillet.

What temp did you cook the steaks & potatos?
 
Great job! Blue Cheese on a steak is great! I found some gourmet blue cheese that comes in slices. It works great on steaks.

I prefer Stilton but we came across the Roquefort at Costco and just had to try it...a little goes a long way...fyi...:becky:
 
Black and Bleu all day baby. I also like the Stilton for its creaminess. Will look to try this if I run across it.
