I too think Myron's pretty cool. I bought the book and went to his class last year. Had a great time and if I was as successful as he , I am sure I would be every bit as cocky

Beautiful shot there! Food looks fantastic. I've been enjoying that book as well. The fried chicken recipe did really well for me recently.
