Rockin' Ribs!!!

No pron....but felt the need to share with the with you all the unbelievable ribs that husband cooked for me !!

3 racks of beautiful spares ....one with peach preserves and honey, and two with Blues Hog. Cooked to perfection. The Lang 60 was the smoker of choice...neighbors are still enjoying the smoke filled air.

Also made 3 wonderful loaves of French bread (have photos...will share later).

Feeling fat and full but wanted to SHARE!

It's about time Guido spoiled you with some BBQ... after all you are the key to all of the smokers in the collection !!! :wink:

He mentioned to me that he's been getting really into the bread making.. I'm sure it was all great.
