Hello everyone. I'm Dustin, aka, Big D, from ID. New to the website, but not to outdoor cooking. My favorite tools include a Char Broil 4 burner propane grill, a Blackstone 2-Burner griddle, and recently acquired, a Dansons Country Smoker 680. The CS680 is a Series 1, that I'm currently converting to a Series 3 auger feed hopper. Looking forward to seeing what y'all do, learning new recipes, and maybe making some new
