Default Thanksgiving

I just built a UDS and wanted to try to smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving. I have successfully created some great ribs and an OK pork loin. What is the best way to do my turkey? Any suggestions?

Here's mine:



KISS...........12 lb, salt,pepper,garlic and oil to hold it on, 350* for 3 1/2 hours, juciy and just the right amount of smoke flavor...hickory and kingsford bricks on the SS UDS..

Nuff said...
