Entry pictures must be submitted by Midnight Central US Time on Sunday night 6/27.

By submitting entry photos to this Throwdown thread you are agreeing that you have read and understand the Throwdown Rules.

The voting will begin Monday 6/28 after I submit the "Vote" thread and will run through Friday 7/2. All votes will be public.

Don't forget, you can still enter the With a Bone Throwdown until Sunday night 6/20 by midnight Central time.

Our next category will be decided by the winner of the Fruit Throwdown!

I won't make a dirty joke about this one because I don't feel like going to the penalty box. This could be a great throwdown because there's lots of possiblities with sausage. Some sausages are bigger than others I hear.

My entry for the sausage throwdown. A fattie stuffed with roasted poblanos, red and yellow peppers, sauteed onions, garlic, wifes homemade salsa verde and monterey jack cheese!!
