A standard Weber 22.5 lid works perfectly. I went on craigslist & bought someone's old rust bucket, hit it with a wire brush & some high temp spray paint, & it's as good as new.

I second the Weber lid...a lot of kettle lids (other than Weber) will "fit". They may need some manipulating (beating the lip flat, adding foil around the top) but they eventually will work. I think there have been some guys who have found flats lids as well but I have no idea where.
