New member here. I have been doing some smoking the last few years using my 'ol Weber Kettle. Looking to upgrade my game, I started poking around on the web. I found this fine community and have been reading ever since. I knocked out the UDS thread in a couple of weeks and have begun my search for materials. Seems a good place to start. Thanks to everyone for sharing their recipes, inventions, experiences and knowledge.
