Default I tried some of those "hotpocket" pork but things...LOL

Thanks Paddiodadio...they were GOOD!








BTW, pork but on the UDS was the worst one I have ever cooked...The flavor was good but the meat was tuff....what did I do wrong?????????????????????????????????????.I need more prcatice.

pork butt turned out bad for my standards...real tuff....but good flavor.???? I really don't know what went wrong.

The hot pocket things saved the weekend!

Hard to guess what you might have done wrong if we don't know what you did. Longer cook suggestion sounds like a possibility.

Hot pockets look good.
