Big Apple BBQ Block Party

Our next stop was the Mike "Sarge" Davis from the Whole Hog Cafe in Little Rock, Arkansas, for some saucy St. Louis Spareribs with slaw. They were absolutely falling-off-the-bone tender -- our favorite ribs of the day.

Why have I not heard of or eaten at this establishment? HickoryNut? Did it come around after I left the state? :?: :oops:

I now have an establishment to make sure and hit while I am "home" in July.
