Left over Pulled Pork?

…lets make a Cuban Sandwich!

I got some Italian seeded bread, thin sliced Ham, Bread and Butter Pickle slices, Spicy Brown Mustard and a little Butter on the bread.

Grilled it on the George Forman.

The finished product, delicious!

I pressed a sammich on homemade ciabatta bread this morning and I had to use a brick wrapped in foil.

Thanks folks...

As far at the bread, I like the seeded Bastone better, something about the seeds burning and releasing the oils...I love sesame seeds on bread.

With the leftover bread tomorrow I will slice it, heavily butter it and place it face down on a frying pan served with eggs on the side...Yum...
