Gotta get my posts in so I can lose the lame noob "title".

Hi all!
Any others this far up the map and west?

Ive been smoking for about 8 years now...all my dedicated buddies up n moved to Seattle leaving me all alone...cept for the eaters. Tons of them around.

My baby is a early model Chargriller super pro w/ the offset fire box. and then modded into an outdoor kitchen area will amend pics tomorrow

Well....glad to be hear. Looking forward to enhancing my results so please offer advice whenever I post...I will do the same....wanted or not. :biggrin:
 
Welcome to our version of OCD (Outdoor Cooking Disorder)! Could be worse, you could live in the part of the state that thinks it's a suburb of Portland...

Ive tried to post a write up from my Memorial day dual brisket smoke... but it hasnt seem to make on the forum? Not sure why.....it was a kick ars write up.:?:
