I think for me it'd be the Mini WSM. I'd just cut up that briskie! I'm all about saving money on fuel :) Otherwise 55 gallon UDS with adjustable firebox to grill or smoke :)

I don't usually cook butts on the kettle. I just use the UDS! I'd have to turn my OCD up really high to cook this way.
