Yeah-here we go again!

American Wagyu Tri-Tip dusted with Butcher BBQ Texas Steak & Brisket rub.

Hopper filled with "Perfect Mix" pellets, Pellet Pro-WSM set to 325* and away we go!

AMTS filled with Pecan

Yeah baby! Round Two - Brined Chicken Wings!

The Solution Poultry Brine mix + The Briner Jr!

Mix according to directions (with a little help!)

4 lbs. Wings - Rinsed and drained

Half seasoned with Okie Dust and the others with The Jerk!

325* @35 minutes.

Diggin' the Dark Side!
